Elie has been with Realex for almost 30 years. As a principal, he is responsible for the identification of new real estate investment properties, securing financing and raising capital. He has achieved substantial success in leasing and repositioning properties. Elie is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of New York.

Marc specializes in corporate acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financings, and net lease transactions. He is very adept at guiding acquired companies to significant growth in revenues and profitability.
